I Just left Shoe Show, I was over charged because the associate put my shoes in the wrong box, and she rang up the boxes, not the shoes. While out in the parking lot I noticed the prices were not correct. I went back into the store, where I was treated very rudely and spoken down to by the "Manager" Alana when I told her I was over charged. She took the receipt and looked at it compared to the boxes, and she said it was just a few dollars. I told her it was $10.00 plus tax, and it did not matter how much it was, because it was my money! She was rude to the other employee there and told her to go get the correct boxes, after the correct boxes were brought out from the back; she then started push buttons on the register. After a few minutes she told me, I had to have my Driver’s License in order for her to refund me. I explained to her that I did not have my ID, I rode with my son to the store. She said she had to have an ID to correct my purchase, I told her, she did not have to have my ID 3 minutes earlier while she was over charging me. I went to the car and brought my son in, apparently it does not matter who's id you have just as long as it was an ID because, his name was not on the bank card I used to pay for the purchase. She continued to be very rude and short with me, I told her just refund the whole order, her response was “what ever”. She started ringing up the refund. I asked her if that is the approved way to treat customers, that I wanted the Mangers names, she told me her name was Alana and she was the "Manager". If this is the way Shoe Show treats their customers, I will not go back. I vote with my dollar, and I suggest you do the same and stay away from Shoe Show. It is obvious the "Manager" Alana does not care, about losing customers or money for the store because of her poor attitude and people skills, but I bet someone with Shoe Show will care that $155.09 of their money was refunded because of her poor attitude and pathetic customer service.
