The scheduling process was incredibly pleasant and you made me feel secure, and confident that this critical and important job would be done. How did you do?



Wednesday: Excuse after excuse why you were late and eventually cancelled the job.



Thursday: Scheduled for 10am. Showed at 11am. Website states 4-4.5 hour job. Left in less than 2 hours. That's right. I have eyes across the street! Is anything clean!? NO



What kind of sick joke is this? My mother inspected the job and immediately called to question it. Little miss LIAR says I wouldn't pay for "extra services" and would need a shop vac to clean the floors from drywall dust from painting. In our only 1 min and 25 sec conversation (multiple conversations were claimed. Outright LIE!) I said not to worry about it and just go on to other parts of the house. Shockingly, the only thing that looks remotely clean from the beginning of the job is the damned floors. The rest of the home looks virtually untouched!

The work was good. But watch out. They will claim your paying for two people then only send one. Then don't seem to understand why you're not happy about paying for two people when they only have one doing the cleaning. Think about how much more cleaning would get done if you got what you paid for. Stopped using service.

I thought I had a clean house until Missy's Maids cleaned. Now, it is not only clean, but seems to stay clean longer. Nooks and crannies that were long neglected are in the best shape ever. Their work gives me an ease that cuts concern and stress for me.



Cleaning products they use are varied and eco-klnd. For example their use of white vinegar has my kitchen counters and appliance sparkling after their common sense and elbow grease are used to apply it as needed.



Missy is a strong leader and determined role model for those she works WITH. Her high energy, care and caring raise the standards of housekeeping and result in our home being clean, not just surface clean but done with care and concern for our life-style. And, she listens! She remembers from time to time how we appreciate some things done. She knows why some things are in a place, how to care for an old treasured chair, etc. When she has a concern or sees something I had not even thought of cleaning she tells me she will do that too!

I HIGHLY recommend Missy and her maids.
