Terrible service. The woman was very rude and disrespectful. Because I had lost my gate key and she would have to open the gate for me I called to schedule a date and time to come and clear my things out (paid every month btw) Well she gave me the runaround saying she doesnt have time to do that, she doesnt have to do that its my fault for losing the gate key. It is my fault for losing the gate key but why cant she work with me? She was very unprofessional and no i wouldnt recommend anyone use Humtown Self Storage. Unless you don't want your things back! BTW I got my stuff out!

My experience at Humtown Self-Storage was excellent. The owners where so nice to me. I felt so safe putting my stuff in the unit. It was all swept out nice and tidy. They even sell you the safest lock on the market for less than all of the stores. I highly recommend you store all of your stuff at Humtown Self-Storage!
