My husband and I love this store, the employees get to know you and call you by name as you come in, they are more than willing to help you find what you are looking for, and if they don't have it in the store they will order for you with to store celivery at no cost. Our favorite is Lexi, she always has a smile on her face, asks about the family and is extremely helpfull in every department.

Notably good service experience

Unlike ANY other hardware store experience! These employees are real quality people. They're knowledgeable, friendly to extremes, helpful, compassionate, and they don't ever make you feel awkward, asking about anything. On one hand, this store is like some place out of the past, when people were nice and actually cared about each other. On the other hand, they have the most up-to-date prdoucts you'll ever need, They even have UPS services. This store and it's employees can be called a real "breath of fresh air"!
