I've bought 2 cars from Parks and the same salesman Dennis love it there. I won't go anywhere else. Now I take all my cars there for service. Great experience every time. They are always helpful and friendly. They will always be my families dealer.

Service after the sale! Not only did I get an excellent deal on my 2011 Regal, the sales and service people continue to provide exceptional customer service. I not only take my car there, I send my friends and family.

Finance manager is a snake, for he insulted my nephew with his trade in offer he try to get clean great condition price over ($10k) on a 03 2 dr Toyota pickup with 163k dings and scratches all over the boby and tailgate no power anything basically a strip pickup truck that was fair condition if that, even a sales representative agree that waste way high for it. Nice sale rep but a a** for finance manager.

TERRIBLE! We drove over 200 mikes one way to buy a truck that a salesman said he checked seats, buttons, lights, engine, etc., inside and out. Had him send extra pics etc.

We made him understand that we were coming from far away. Bringing cash.

Upon arrival, power seats didnt work, heated seats didnt work, ac not working. Way too much condensation coming from tailpipe, poss head gaskets. Seats were were PAINTED yes spray painted! Rear seat when folded down was duct taped and cool aid stains under seat. Scratches men

Tioned were more like gouges in plastic moulding. He had told us truck was completely serviced and it aas ckear that transmissionnfluid was not only old but poss burned! After dealing with him we asked for owner, we got another salesman, after him we got a so called sales manager that we showed him everything and he said thanks for coming! While he scurried over to smoke another cigarette! His name was steve and he definately doesnt belong in any customer service capacity! Oh did I mention the tires were bad enough that a test drive may have been too far! Then we finally got owners grandson who was nice and understsnding, dropped price to 9250 but obviously only a discount if we bought truck. Nothing fir our travel time or fuel for with held info. We offered him 8,000 stating first off 1, 000 worth of tires, needs ball joints, needs seats fixed, info rear view mirror with wrong info, ac has to be charged and poss orings etc....... he would not accept our offer and has had truck since nov 2012 its now April 2013! Do not look at 04 suburban gold with quadrasteer! It may look good at first but take my word for it, u will spend a lot of $ to get right. Understandably its a preowned truck but when a dealership goes as far as painting seats! Thsts cheap n really sad!

HORRIBLE Service department. Horrible inventory. They're quick to sell you a car with mechanical problems, then don't know how to fix it when you bring it in.



Go ANYWHERE else. Even if it's more expensive, you'll be glad you did.
