had my truck washed at your business. 32.00. then extra for tire shine, and extra for dressing the door panels. when i got in my truck, back had not been vacuumed, only the strip under the window was dressed, and a part was missing from the bumper. little bolt cover made of plastic. called and asked them to look for it, girl did. she said they clean out the drain on monday(20th of may). said she would call me monday to let me know it was/was not found. never got the call. i suggest you folks go to fairview tn, jones car wash, watch a 5 star cleaning for 22 dollars. all inside is dressed, and tire shine included. columbia car wash is a rip off, and i did give a 5 dollar tip. i will not be back. you take no pride in your customers, or the work you do. john burnett
