Provided by YP.comWhen I approached the drive thru I was greeted by Renee on the intercom. When I approached the window I simply asked why I was upcharged on my coupon. She didn't say wait one moment or nothing. Just slammed the window in our face and went to the back. Swiped a card and opened the window and aggressively said a different total. Practically threw our food at us and slammed the window and walked away. No thank you no nothing. We were such an inconvenience for Renee. This was truly the worst customer service I have ever experienced as a mystery shopper.Yes, a mystery shopper.
