Jeff Rak founded Land Creations Landscape contractors in 1991. Jeff is a 1989 graduate of Ohio State University / Agricultural Technical Institute with a degree in Landscape Contracting and Construction. Since 1991 Land Creations has been growing at a steady pace to keep our quality and customer service at its best. Land Creations Landscaping's intense attention to detail and commitment to quality has rendered us the recipient of many awards. We were honored to be a featured garden at the National City Home and Garden show from 1999-2006. The event is held every February at the IX Center in Cleveland. Land Creations Landscaping, Inc is a design/build company. We service residential, as well as commercial clients. Located in Eaton Township, we service the surrounding Cleveland suburbs with our primary business in Avon, Bath, Bay Village, Brecksville, Broadview Hts., Brunswick, Hinkley, Medina, Richfield, Rocky River, Strongsville and Westlake. We have 3-4 landscape crews, 1 bed-maintenance crew, and full-time landscape designer on staff. We also have an Ohio Certified Nursery Technician and a Certified Landscape Technician on staff.
