Great job removing my 26 large pine trees Nathan

I would not give them a star at all but that's not an option. Beware & stay away from this so called business! I purchased a LivingSocial deal for them and after many attempts and failure to shows for their scheduled appointment I gave up. A few weeks ago I noticed two people walking down my street. I asked them if I could help them and they said they were looking for people that needed lawn care. When I asked if they had a card they said no but they were Arthurs Lawn & Tree Service. I told them that I would like to claim my expired LivingSocial deal that they defaulted on and Shakila and Ladarius (yes I asked their names and spelling) scheduled me for the following week which, NOT to my surprise, they didn't show or call to cancel. I thought when they said they were searching for business it was weird because they were first of all walking our neighborhood and had NO equipment and secondly not knocking on anyone's doors or leaving any contact info., flyers, etc... Not sure but it appeared more likely that they were "casing" the neighborhood. I'm keeping my eyes open for them. IF I see them again I'm calling the police. Very curious especially since we've had some recent break-ins. Not saying it was them but they certainly don't have any reason to be looking for business IF they have no intention of really doing the work. Thankfully I was able to get a refund from LivingSocial. I HIGHLY recommend to anyone to research the "DEALS" before they purchase them. I learned my lesson with them and Aaron's Affordable Service (carpet cleaning both LivingSocial "Deals" - or not). I believe them to be SCAMMERS and up to no good.

We have been doing business with Arthurs Lawn & Tree Service for six years, and

are on our second project for this year as of today. We have always found them

to be knowledgeable, conscientious, and professional. Projects have included

tree removal, leaf removal, trimming of hedges and shrubs, mowing, and general

lawn and garden maintenance. We have an additional project scheduled for

several months later and couldn't be happier with this service. Also, we have

If you've had the "pleasure" of dealing with Arthur's Lawn Service in the past, and just can't live without missed appointments, no call-no shows, and your voice mails being ignored - fear not! Even though he "went out of business" he's now around as TTC & Company and up to his old games again.



If there's ever a Groupon, Living Social, or Deal Chicken deal offered by this company skip it. They will take your money and jerk you around... you have about a 20% chance of any work getting done - probably less than that on the first appointment.

I didn't have that problem others had but i guess its true what they say you can't please everybody. But there percentage from the coupon is still higher then the percentage of bad comments.

DO NOT USE THIS BAD COMPANY!!! THIS COMPANY SHOULD HAVE ZERO STAR RATING!!! I also bought a voucher for their service on livingsocial.com. There was no way to make an appointment except online. It took weeks to hear from them and make an appointment, for which they never showed up. I emailed them repeatedly and sent them two phone numbers. Then they LIED and said there was no answer, despite both numbers having voice mail. Plus, I have my cell phone with me all the time. I've also sent numerous emails to them, trying to give them the benefit of the doubt. Time's up. I agree - this business ought to be shut down!!!

DON'T TRY TO USE THIS SERVICE IF YOU ACTUALLY WANT SOMEONE TO SHOW UP!!! This company has been nothing but frustration for me!!! I bought a voucher for their service on livingsocial.com. When I called to set an appointment they couldn't give me anything until weeks later. My appointment was for Nov. 17th- NO CALL, NO SHOW. It's now Dec. 14th, I've called so many times I've lost track, and I can't even get the courtesy of a call back, let alone getting them to come and do my lawn!! This business, if you can call it that, ought to be shut down!!!

Do not use this service. I made an appointment two weeks in advance, for early in the morning. I had to take a day off work in order to be at my home. They never showed up; there was no phone call to say they'd be late or need to reschedule. Once they were an hour late, I called their number but there was no answer; I left a polite message saying that I was at home waiting, and requested that they call back. There was no phone call, and they never showed. I finally got a call back FOUR days later; Arthur (or whoever it was, they never bothered introducing themselves) told me he was unaware his team had never shown. Seeing as how I left you a message four days prior, I don't believe that. And even if it's true, if you have a team that simply doesn't show up and the boss doesn't know... why would I want to hire a company like that?? I should have checked the review for this company before hiring them, I found several people shared my experience. I wasted a day's vacation at work, but lesson learned.

Good work ethic cautious and detailed in landscaping and property maintenace. Understands curb appeal.

Arthurs Lawn And Tree Service is a reliable company. I had two 200 foot pine trees in my front yard. They came out and look at the trees and charged $500.00 less than everybody else plus the trees was cut down cut up and hauled off all in the same day. It lloked like no one had ever been out there. I was satisfied and greatful enough to recommend them and vouche for them.
