I agree with the patron below. They take the customers money, miss deliveries and then refuse to give a refund. They say they'll issue a credit, which means towards future subscriptions. They they tell you that you can drive to their business and pick up the TV "guide" because they charge extra for that on top of the subscription price. They've missed 3 deliveries recently and this past Sunday they kept promising that SOMEONE would deliver a paper. I called Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday to talk to a manager. I was told that one would call me back. Maybe they're back at Bi-Lo giving away free papers and trying to get others to subscribe. When someone promises a service, takes your money, fails to provide the service and then refuses to contact you back, isn't that being fraudulent and a thief. My recommendation is that you NOT take this paper. HORRIBLE customer service and lies galore! There needs to be accountability and ETHICS of the profession.

They seem unable to get the newspaper out on time and frequently the paper is useless because we get the paper too late to be of any value. Despite repeated complaints, they seem unable or unwilling to correct the problem. The only redeeming value at this point is the coupon and store sales section.
