I put in a request for video and after two weeks the employee made an attempt but claimed the four was locked. Videos only last 3 weeks do they should have a system to take these things into account. Don’t give them business

I am not a customer. I WAS a prospective customer. I will never become a customer of this company. The sales rep is very combative. Crime must be high and their business really good because it is obvious they could care less how they treat you. They want to be VERY responsive to turning the service on and getting your money (a year's payment in advance) before they will answer any questions. If you are choosing a surveillance service in Columbia SC, you are likely better served by ANY other company out there!

Very shady. Multiple phone numbers. Multiple web URL. Multiple Columbia addresses for the business. Many are dead ends.
