I have a had a membership at this location since it originally became a hurricane wash. The employees hide all the spray bottles for glass cleaner, wheel shine, etc. instead of refilling them. The main reason I chose to use this location was because they provided the glass cleaner and detailing products for customers to use. They claim that they are hiding the bottles because people steal them and as someone who was in charge of ordering and budgeting for a cleaning company, even if the bottles are being replaced every month, it’s still cheaper to purchase spray bottles versus losing customers (only 2) paying a monthly subscription. They should re-evaluate this decision before they start losing recurring membership fees.

Staff was friendly but unprofessional and manager doesnt listen, was defensive. Was told by staff that my wheels were clean and wouldnt get any cleaner, if I want detailing to go down the street. I spoke to the manager which explained very clearly and in a professional way about my wheels and the car wash but when speaking to him about his staff, it was clear they already had spoken about my car prior to me talking to him, he was defensive, didnt take the time to listen to the complete convo I had with his staff, and said he wasnt from here, he's direct, and that hes received a lot of good comments from others. I dont care about where hes from or what others have said, I wanted to tell about my experience. Well now he and everyone else knows. Wont be back.

This place is HORRIBLE. Paid for the $12 wash and my front end is still completely covered in bugs. Talked to the ‘manager’ and he said there was nothing he could do. DO NOT waste your money here.
