The middle aged balding man, uncertain if he has any ownership cussed and yelled at me for dropping 3 cans of coke that clearly had a disfuctional plastic wrap. I apologized at first only to have him make ONE assumption that I do not know how to carry cans that now he can't sell. We know he can return to vendor. Sadly the fact that anyone would treat a customer with immediate blame is not only poor customer service but then when I said I would take my business elsewhere he felt violence, and yelling at a female was exceptable. I will never be a patron at this establishment EVER again. I will make sure that ANY other local owned SHIV or initials for gas stations do not have any relations with this store as well. I felt threatened and frankly questioned his hostility in this world we live in? If I stayed, would he have shot me over a coke can?
