Provided by YP.comThis law firm needs to be investigated for RESPA/federal violations. They charge fees to buyers on properties where they represent the seller without fee agreements, nor a retainer. We are trying to buy a property and they are charging us a $700 transaction fee. There was no disclosure of this fee until it showed up on the settlement statement and they will not allow us to close unless we pay it.
