I like thier store and thier customer dealings better than Sandlers!!!

Ordered a necklace for my wife the 2nd of November. Waited three weeks for a phone call...never go a call. Talked to the manager and he assured me that they had to reorder the necklace due to the fact that the original order was cancelled due to their lack of communication. So the store had to reorder it and the manager assured me that it would arrive last week. Manager said that they would call me this week (20th of December) when it would arrive. Already Thursday, called the manager and like a parrot he said any day now. My wife called him and his excuse was "They have no control over how the order is handled because it is purchased from a outside company". No Apology, No regret...just those words. If I could give them NO STARS I would, unfortunately they got one star. SAVE YOUR TIME AND PURCHASE ANYWHERE, BUT FROM REEDS JEWELERS! A honest review for anyone who does not want a thorough go around when ordering jewelery.
