I am in existing Redicard member of Red Roof Inn hotels. I'm very unhappy with the rooms here. For one, I saw several roaches in the broom and when I reported it to the front desk they didn't bother with moving me or refunding my money. I expected expanded cable but there were a lot of channels missing. I book in accessible king with a microwave and refrigerator but instead received a superior King. I was told it was an upgrade. This was the worst Red Roof Inn!!!

This is the worst place to stay. I stayed in a rm that had used condoms on the floor under the bed. I left the rm n my dog was there when I came back there was used condoms on the floor by the bed. My dog had found them under the beds. My 5 yr old son seen them. I called the office and the only thing they wanted to do was switch me rooms. That meant I had to pack my son up n everything I had brought up there. I was highly disappointed at them. Then they refused to give me corporates number. I would not suggest this place to my worst enemy....

This hotel is absolutely the worst I have ever been in.



Here are my issues:



My concern is the health issues.



1) Room reeked of mold

2) Mold on ceiling above window

3) Bath tub so filthy we did not take a shower because it was so dirty..we waited until we got home 9 hrs later the next day.

4) Towels and sheets were wet from the dampness in the room-even with the a/c on when we arrived the sheets and towels were actually wet. My purse was wet from dampness the following morning it was so bad.

5) TV Remote was taped together with something that looked like surgical tape

6) When I complained to the girl at the front desk when I checked out she shrugged her shoulders and said sorry. POOR customer service. I realize she is doing her job- hit I would be ashamed to admit I worked for a company that would put people up in these rooms

7) Carpet is all buckled up and pieces sewn in and wet from dampness-also causing a tripping hazard.

8) Gaps between wall and tub - black and moldy

9) Spiders and spider webs on ceiling

The mold is a health issue and will be reported to the health dept in your area.



I am appalled that you would allow this health issue to continue.
