Provided by YP.comMy wife and I went to the Columbiana Mall Red Robin tonight for the first time. We walked in and approached the hostess stand. (We were the only customers in the lobby at the time.) The hostess told us it would be an approx. 20 minute wait. I gave her my name and we sat down to wait. Several groups, 2 to six people, came in while we were waiting and were immediately seated. My wife asked the hostess how many people were ahead of us and was told we were next to be seated. Two more groups came in and were immediately seated. Considering RR does not use any type of notification device for waiting customers, we could only assume we were being totally ignored. With the hostess watching, we got up and began to leave via the mall exit. The hostess did not offer to question as to why we were leaving or offer to seat us. We proceeded to the mall food court and received excellent service. My advice is to either visit the mall food court or one of the other QUALITY restaurants nearby.
