I have been coming to Providence family practice for over 20 years. My doctor is Dr. Frampton Henderson, however when he isn't available I've seen all 3 of the other doctors at some point. They are very thorough and when I have a serious health issue that requires a specialist they do not hesitate to refer you to a specialist or have you admitted to the hospital if necessary. They don't take chances with life. I have not had one visit where I left their office and was disappointed. I might add the front desk associates are very polite and work hard to get you checked in and out without holding you up yet always friendly.

The last 2 visits I had the was no medical doctor available to see me. The only choice I had was to be seen by nurse practicianer.
I took almost 9 mths. to for the billing for blood work done finally resolved. My billing was over 9 mths. late then they wanted payment in full when a new outfit took over the practice & Providence Healthcare. They are very unorganized & their billing dept. is a mess.
