I have been using Pool Patrol Services since 1999. They are a awesome group of people. They are helpful and knowledgeable about what to do with my pool. When I first got my pool they assisted me with everything I needed to know about keeping my pool clean and in working order, not to mention they taught me how to care from my fresh water pool. Pool Patrol converted my fresh water pool to a salt water pool, and I love it. Over the years that has never changed. Additionally, their service department is always there when I needed any type of repairs or advice regarding maintenance. Eric is professional and very knowledgeable regarding everything concerning pool equipment.

Without reservations I highly recommend this company for all your pool needs and repairs.

These guys are amazing. From our first words on the phone to the completion of work in person, all staff members were courteous and professional in every way. I was very pleased with the quality of their work. Would, and have, recommended to several friends and family.

These guys just installed a new liner for our family and it looks fantastic. The staff was so friendly and communication was great. They were professionals, ty guys

They left my pool with the liner coming out of the seems after they assured my that they would use beadlock all the way around the pool. The day of the install the liner was falling out. The installer stated he would come back to put in the beadlock where it needed it (i.e not all the way around the pool as I requested.) He never came back. I went by the office and completed payment under protest. I was told someone would come by.... Summer ended. I was told someone would come by in the spring. no one should up. This cycle continued for years. Finally I made a complaint to the BBB. Pool patrol offered to send someone to fix it - If I paid full price and signed a waiver which removed them of any responsibility of damaging the liner. I had two companies come by and both criticized the install job. Pool Patrol said evene though the liner fell out the day of install they were not responsible. Nice people until you have a problem. I ended up paying another company to finish the install because PP would not honor the work I paid them for.

HORRIBLE! They require a $250 deposit before they will even come out! They never showed after having me wait at home all day and when I called the woman on the phone was nasty and short...I was told that they were gonna come out the next day I asked why no one had called so she got even nastier so I hung up then the owner called and was even worse!! I would stay away from this company it's clear they don't specialize in customer service

I'm new to the area but one of my neighbors suggested that I call this company when I needed my pool cleaned up and balanced correctly. When I called the office the staff was very friendly and seemed genuine. I scheduled an appointment, not only did they show up on time, but both representatives were friendly, very knowledgeable, and told me exactly what I was going to pay (up front! can you imagine). When it was time for them to come to the house to do the clean up, they showed up on time did a fantastic job! I will definitely call them again if I need anything.

This company provides substandard service. The pool is never really clean and they are not consistent with cleaning days. It appears that they expect you to clean the pool while they just add the chemicals that you buy. Bad customer service try someone else.

I have used other pool companies in the area but as soon as I had a disaster on my hands, I was told to see the folks at Pool Patrol. Not only was the front man knowledgeable, but the entire staff was friendly and helpful. They were honest with me about my repair and cost. I will never use another company again.

I have been a customer of Pool Patrol for over 19yrs.....They have always given me the best advice concerning my pool and I have been very satisfied with the results....I have recently moved and bought a house and have a new pool....The staff at pool patrol has again, made owning a pool an enjoyable experience......thank-you again.......

After going through several other pool companies I was lucky enough to find Pool Patrol. You do not realize a bad company until you have a really good one, which I did and have been with Pool Patrol for 15 years. They go above and beyond the call of duty. Their staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Pool Patrol has kept my family enjoying our pool for many years!

We hired this company to service our pool at our house while it was vacant and For Sale, and had MANY PROBLEMS with them. The pool was found by neighbors and realtor green and with weeks of leaves, water level dangerously low and then water left on to overflow our backyard. The latch to the pool gate was broken off. And worst, when house was Under Contract, pool was found in such a poor state that buyer's inspector refused to inspect it!
