Peake & Fowler is a Columbia law firm which has been serving clients in communities throughout Richland, Kershaw and Lexington counties for over 17 years. The firm was founded in 2000 by attorneys Charnell Peake and Tommy Fowler, who each bring over 100 years of combined legal experience helping victims of car and truck accidents, motorcycle accidents, workplace accidents, nursing home neglect and other personal injury and wrongful death receive a full and fair amount of compensation for their injury or loss. Our founding partners were born and raised here, raised families of their own here, and continue to serve as active members of the community.
