My daughter had surgery here 7/29/15. They didn't let me know that I would owe $1700 up front until we walked in the door the morning of surgery. I am a divorced single mother, and when they called to let me know, I didn't answer so they immediately called her negligent father who has no custodial rights instead of leaving me a message or attempting to call again. They knew he did not have custody as well because it was part of the presurgical assessment. They refused to work with me although this was a major mistake on their part and acted as if I was clearly mistaken and as if had no excuse not to be prepared to give them $1700. Sickened by the lack of professionalism by those who handle billing and front desk.

I was very impressed with this center with my two visits for cataract surgeries in every level of professionalism. Thank you Dr. Platt, Ami, and the entire staff of nurses.
