Brad Conway from Palmetto Appliance Repair came over and fixed my refrigerator today. Very polite, very professional. Did the job quickly! I am happy with the price. He came when he said he would and diagnosed the problem quickly. Ordered the part and came back the next day, exactly when he said he would and fixed it for the agreed upon price. Very happy with the repair and the service!! Highly recommended!!

I have used this company several times over a period of years and have always found Brad Conway to be very pleasant, courteous, prompt, intelligent, professional, efficient, and reasonably priced. I would never call anyone else as long as he is in business. When I read the very negative review by wisisaidiwuddo, I had to think there had been some mistake, that she must have been talking about some other company, some other person. Brad Conway is the best.

I was referred to this company by some friends who had used them before and spoke very highly of the company and Brad. My dryer had stopped working so I called Brad. He offered to come out that day but it was not convenient for me so he kindly offered to come the next day. I am a widow who lives alone and I am always apprehensive about letting people into my house. Brad was early, polite, very friendly and extremely professional and efficient. I instantly felt at ease with him, enough so that I would even feel comfortable leaving him in my house if I was not home. He assessed the dryer problem, had the part in his truck and it was fixed and running within 20 minutes. He also checked a few smaller things around the house for me, the price was very reasonable and he did not leave a mess like some servicemen do. I felt like he was an old friend that came by to visit and he even got along with my 2 anti-social dogs so no drama there. I highly recommend Brad and his company and will never use anyone again. I am so pleased to find someone so honest and dependable who is just a phone call away.

Told me what was wrong over the phone and came and fixed it on time the following day. Knew what he was talking about and was friendly and professional. Would definitely use him again!

Very professional!!! The receptionist was extreamly friendly and helpful. I had a problem with my washing machine, the repair man was right on time and showed up with a smile and made me feel very comfertable. I'm recently widowed and have never had to call an appliance comp before, so I was a little nervous but he imediately made me feel at ease and even helped me with a few other small things around the house that has been hard for me since my husband passed. I wont EVER call anyone else, I highly recommend using this company!!!

Very unprofessional and tactless. I called this guy on a Tues and specifically gave him the details of the issue with my refrigeration. I told him that I would be at work and that my 20 year old daughter would be home. He said that he would be there to look at my refrigerator with the service charge of $40.00 at 1 PM. He showed up the next day that Wed 30 minutes later at 1:30. He came and looked at the dryer instead (blank stare). While I was apparently busy at work they attempted to call me and then he left. When I called him back, he was EXTREMELY nasty and rude...and was quite the ruthless redneck to be exact. He said that my daughter took him straight to the dryer. Huh? You as a professional had already discussed the issue as being the refrigerator, why in the hell would you look at my dryer? Do not do business with this clown.

They came out to fix my dryer and showed up on time and assessed the problem in a matter of minutes. When the replacement part came in, they returned (again, on time) and quickly fixed the problem. It wasn't a high cost either! I plan on using them again should I ever need appliance repairs in my house and highly recommend them!

When I called they were very nice on the phone. They came out that same day on time, and the guy was really nice like he really enjoyed his job. Most of all I think that their price was reasonable.
