We contracted Brandon Walsh of Outdoor Excellence, LLC to renovate our bathroom in the beginning of February 2014. Brandon went way over the expected 3 - 4 day estimated timeline for the renovation and abandoned the project in mid March. He would not answer and phone calls or text messages for weeks.



After seeing the poor craftsmanship of the work in our bathroom as well as other incurred damages (Brandon shattered my new shower door in my kitchen, spilled wood stain on my carpet, put holes in my bedroom wall on the other side of the shower, scuffed and dented the stairwell walls) we realized Brandon may not actually have bathroom renovation experience and he mislead us completely.



After weeks passed, my husband and I were able to reach him on the phone. We told him that we would no longer like for him to work on our bathroom because he was never available to come back and that the quality of the work was very poor.



We were also worried that it would be unsafe to use the shower, toilet, and sinks if he completed the job. After that was said, Brandon advised us to have 3 contractors in the area calculate quotes to re-renovate the bathroom the way it was specified in our contract originally and that his insurance would cover some of the costs and the rest he would pay out of pocket.



After I submitted these quotes to Brandon, he would not respond to my calls and text messages to give me updates for weeks. During this time, I learned of another client who contracted this business to renovate her home and she has informed me that he has also abandoned her job and advised her to go to court to get her money back.



My husband and I were able to get in touch with Brandon on Friday. In the call, he advised us to take this issue to court because he is unwilling to pay us back.

Will rip you off, tear up your property and leave you in a mess. Run as fast as you can away from them!

The owner of this company presents himself out as licensed contractor and will take your money never completing the job! Work is below sub-standard and totally incompetent! Please beware and do not use!
