Mr. Terry and his team were extraordinarily helpful to me in seeking a refinance during a period where lenders were putting refinance customers on the back burner in order to take care of higher priority "new purchase" customers. We were able to secure an incredible rate on an investment property and the Mr. Mortgage team was outstanding in their communication with us throughout the process. If you're in South Carolina and need a mortgage, there is no reason to look anywhere else!

D.C. Terry with Mr. Mortgage was incredibly professional and personable. He made the refinancing of our home easy and seamless for us. He was readily available to answer all the questions we had for him and kept us fully up to date on all the happenings with our refinance along the way. Never have I ever experienced someone as cool and calm, but straight to the skinny like Mr. Mortgage. He always would contact you and give a very concise and detailed information about your loan and what needed to be done to get your loan approved.

I worked with Mr. Mortgage while in the process of buying my first home. Although I was nervous about buying my home, Mr. Mortgage relieved a lot of my anxieties by making the process smooth and efficient. I never had to ask Mr. D.C. Terry to explain anything because he always explained everything in full details automatically. His communication was always direct, and I constantly knew if he needed any documents or information from me. Whenever I emailed or called, I got a response back within the same day. His answers to my questions were very informative and to the point. Working with Mr. Mortgage made my experience such a smooth and relieving process in buying my home. I was actually able to close on my house in 21 days, and I know that a huge part of that was due to Mr. Terry's efforts and assistance.
