Don't waste your time or hard earned money! Modern Turf allowed fungus to damage our yard, leaves on trees, leaves on plants, and decorative rock?s! I told the technician on numerous occasions that something was wrong with our yard. He said it was fungus and that he would tell somebody at the main office, but nothing was done. Another technician came to my home and said that he would fix the problem, but once again, nothing was done. The fungus got worse and moved to other areas of my yard. This problem could have been prevented if Modern Turf would have aggressively treated the fungus from the onset instead of downplaying it. Two employees came to my home today and gave me a bunch of B/S, excuses, and reasons why they can?t assist me. One of them lied and said that he initially talked to my wife about the problem, among other things. Also said I cancelled the service last year and that is totally not true because they kept coming to my home. Take your business to a reputable company (there are others in Columbia) who will do what they say they will do and also adhere to customer satisfaction and producing a quality product, instead of giving excuses. There is more to tell but I do not have enough space to put all the words. VETERANS BEWARE!
