First two trips were good but subsequent trips got worse. They shaved my dog's head without calling to ask me because of a "knot" they could not get out. Then my dogs toe nails were so sharp when he got home they cut through me skin like paper and I lost a lot of blood. I would make sure to explore other local options before dealing with this group.

I took my little man ICE into this facility on Saturday. I walked in and was so welcomed as I walked in the door. They immediately start telling me things about dogs and they will check everything and call me if they need me. When it was time to pick him up i came in the door and the wonderful lady came out from back to talk with me about things with ICE. She had the info in her phone and gave me plenty suggestions on what to get him. Told me if I ever have any questions please dont hesitate to call her. ICE had been to a previous groomer who I was not pleased with. The great thing about it they have a dog store connected to the grooming and the gentlemen over there was so very helpful. I was extremely pleased with the service and more importantly the compassion they all had. Thank you so very much! We will always be a customer for everything he needs.
