I would be careful about taking my pet there. At a recent grooming appointment, my dog was left with a busted blood vessel in her eye. When asked about it , the head groomer stated " Well we have to tug and pull hard when grooming at times, especially when the dog is nervous about being groomed or having nails clipped." Excuse me but you had to pull and tug pretty darn hard to burst an eye vessel. I will never take my dog there again. Now I know why I had such a hard time getting her out of the car when she saw where she was.

The staff was very friendly and informative.Very eager to answer my questions.
