had my passenger side air bag replaced in 2015 due to a recall.

so last week I had an accident and guess what? the air bag opened but never inflated!

went for a new car. salesman referred me to 'mgr' who quoted me selling price of $2k OVER msr price on both the accord and civic. decided to email him with my frustration at his lack of help and he offered me $50 dining card. what an insult to injury. looking for a Honda but feel I must look for a different dealership -only thing is that they have a monopoly in this area.

My experience was not initially the best. Things were frustrating. I was very confused and spent a great deal of time at the dealership, but the Sales Manager, Robert Duncan, ended up following through with what I asked. Overall, Midlands stood by their word. Maureen and Brad were very patient and helpful and I drove away in an awesome vehicle.
