Brought a 2011 Cadillac Escalade from here. The sales manager Marin is awesome. I had a couple of concerns about my vehicle and he made sure I was happy with my purchase. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for good professional customer service.

Buyer Beware!!!! Love Buick GMC in Columbia SC is great before the sale ...but unacceptable after the purchase. Bought a new $47k Sierra a month ago. I have left 4 messages with Sales Manager and Finance Manger and they will not return my call. I finally spoke to the General Manager and he hung up on me!!! All over trying to determine where my registration card is 34 days after purchase. Poor service.
