poor communication, and difficult to work with: ie...It took 20 days (after payment) for them to make it to my site to share with me that my small retaining wall between the drive way and yard would not allow them to get their equipment into the front yard. They suggested that I could choose from smaller trees, AND pay additional fees for there "service". I am sure that may folks have sprinklers, walls, walkways, pools that would be a concern about equipment driving around their property...but this didn't seeem to be an issue when they were getting paid. I had to make numerous calls about getting action, and had to request a refund.Steaming over the waisted time and waiting on a refund of their charges.
