**STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE**

I read reviews on this establishment, and had high hopes. I brought my satin wedding dress there to have a bustle added, corset back added, and to have it hemmed. I came back 3 weeks after initially dropping my BRAND NEW DRESS off to find pin pin holes and snags in the satin material on the train. The bustle eye hooks were a steel gray color and were very visible. They were not even hidden in a seam, and was told by an employee that "she didn't know why it was done that way". Three visits later with promises that the dress would be fixed- I undo the bustle and find blue stains on the train from them trying to press/steam the snags out. I demanded a full refund from what I had already paid and a refund for the dress itself. I go to pick up my dress and refund to learn that they keep the dress "because it's their policy and tee dress still has value, and they need to ensure their seamstress gets paid." Not to mention the wedding is in 30 days.

I was not happy with the attitude, service, or the sad job done on my clothes. I cannot recommend. I have friends who I found out later also had bad experiences.
