I HAVED LOVED THIS IHOP LOCATION SINCE I WAS AN UNDERGRAD AT ALLEN UNIVERSITY.MY FRIENDS AND I WOULD HAVE LATES NIGHTS OF LAUGHING, JOKING, AND COMPLETING LONG RESEARCH PAPERS. SO IHOP WOULD BE AN IDEAL PLACE FOR US TO UNWIND WITH PANCAKES, BACON, AND THE OLD FASHION GREAT COFFEE...I LOVE THIS RETAURANT! I RATE IT A 5 FROM A 1 TO A 5 ...GREAT EXCELLENT
