If you order online it is not through their own internet site. The internet site for online order is from another company and I would expect to wait about an hour to get my food which to me does not bug me at all. The food is good in by book and I love their lemon pepper wings. There has been one time out of the 5 times I ordered I did not get white rice and to me that means the next time I order the driver will get a dollar less of a tip rather then me calling to complain about rice.

Do not order from express china!!!!! I placed an order at 6:07... it said online it would be here at 6:56... thats already waiting 50 min but ok.... then 710 comes around so i call them. She says the driver will be here in 5 min... he finally shows up at 744 and they do not even want to give me a discount when i should be getting the food free. It took almost 2 hours to get food. The driver said the food wasnt cold so me having to wait 2 hours didnt matter and I called and talked to the manager to and apparently they do not care about customer satisfaction....So he left with the food and I will never order there again. So now we are off to getting dinner some where else.
