Today at Elam animal hospital had to be one of the worse days of my life to make a long story short the new staff there is rude and very judgmental not only to me but my husband too I address this to the owner ms Elam she was nice and I have been going there for 3 yrs on and off I sure do miss the staff who are mostly gone now I do hope that they clean out some of the staff in the front desk and get more kinder workers unfortuntaley I will not be returning I guess like they say good people are hard to fine🤪😞

I have been dealing with Elam for about 7 or 8 years. They do a great job with my 18.5-year-old cat, especially Guin. She handles Marvy (semi-feral, think of the old movie "Kill, Pussycat, Kill!" and that's pretty much Marvy) really well and does a great job of taking care of her, as do the other folks there who work on Marvy from time to time. You wouldn't believe a cat this old could still go full Tasmanian Devil on someone, but she can, so I also admire their bravery!

I cannot say enough good things about the courtesy and professionalism my cat Fred and I have received at Elam. From the Vets to the Techs to Support Staff this is an efficient, knowledgeable and sympathetic clinic. They've been thoughtful and helpful to us beyond words. I recommend Elam very highly!

My wife and I have been very pleased with our experiences with Dr. Hassinger and Elam Animal Hosp. Our first visit was due to a mass we had found inside our Lab, "Tag"s" mouth. Dr. Hassinger examined Tag thoroughly and discussed possible prognoses, treatment options, risks & bebefits without swaying us in any direction. Her compassion and love for animals are apparent and wonderful but I feel her patient education skills make her stand out.

Recently my cat was attacked and injured by a stray cat. I called and took her in to this vet and we received immediate service. They looked her over, gave me an antibiotic for her, and instructions on what to do to keep her well. I paid much less than I expected (including the antibiotic)! I also buy my flea medication from them since they are just as cheap as most online services - but without the shipping charges. I will take all of my pets here if & when they need medical care.
