Their motto is make money, the customer is not important. Granted I just needed someone to test whether my attachments were working or if the trimmer was the culprit. The overall attitude bothered me. No welcoming, no friendliness, no joy to do detection. Just dry, and "we don't sell those brands." I felt like I was worthless. Going somewhere else. No wonder I never hear of them.

I have used Dukes Equipment since I moved to Columbia in 1982. Service is always excellent. I have bought all types of Stihl equipment from them and sales and service are excellent. Different types of mowers and equipment repaired and never a problem when I got them home for use.

I went there years ago and they told me they wouldn't work on my Snapper because I bought it in TX when I lived there and not from them. Needless to say, I take all of my equipment to Irmo Outdoor Equipment. They will fix it no matter where you buy it.

If YOU Deal with this company it's your own fault !!! You've been warned. I called this place, talked to Brian to find out if they had a Honda carb in stock. I read the complete number to this guy twice and he kept saying that's not it. So, I took the engine to the shop and as soon as Brian looked at it, he said "that's the number I wanted." I told him that if he had only listened he would have heard the number instead of running his big mouth. I'm sure he's been told he's a m0r0n but it's worth saying again. STAY AWAY from this bunch of RedNeck Oxym0r0ns.

Charged me $25 to mount a 8 inch golf cart tire.. Did not tell me when I dropped off the tire and rim but screwed me when I picked it up... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!‎
