Details Count is the best place to go if you want your car detailed the right way. Very professional staff and environment. I am always satisfied every time I go and I recommend anyone if they are looking for a professional detailing business to meet their needs.

If you want your vehicle cleaned meticulously and to perfection this is definitely the place to go. Highly professional workers and a great atmosphere. Your vehicle will thoroughly enjoy the pampering as well.

They are very detail oriented, and had a good environment ... their price is cheap for the meticulous detail of service they render. Will definitely go back, and RECOMMEND to anyone looking for a professional auto spa

I would not be going back to this place of business ever again!!!! The owner (male) is the WORSE ever! He is very unprofessional and does not know how to run a business. HIs customer service is terrible. I'm wondering how and why is he still in business. This business needs to be closed down.#failed#

This business is the absolute WORSE!!!!! Dropped the car at my allotted time (2pm). Called at 5pm for a followup & was told the interior was being shampooed & it would be another hour. Went to get my car at 6:30pm & not only was the interior never touched; it still had all the wax on it. Spoke with the owners & all they said that they were short staffed & the car would be ready when it was ready. I told them that that was unacceptable & they basically removed the wax & gave me the car as is. The owners are soooooo nasty & just don't have the first clue about decent customer service. I give this business ONE STAR only because giving it NO Star might look like I forgot to rate. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!!!!!!!

I dropped off my van at 10 am for a 2 hour detailing and 8 hours I was told it was all done except washing the carpet. I told them to forget about the carpet and I would pick it up. When I got there all that was done was a car wash. The inside was still dirty and nothing else had been done. He was telling me how his staff left, he was the only one and they were overbooked. I didn't pay $50 for a car wash.

Amazing! Amazing Amazing! They detailed my 1988' yes 1988 BMW that hadn't been detailed since.... well 1988 and they made it look like it was showroom ready! Amazing work.



Did a great job. Very professional, and they pay attention to the minor details. They don't use brushes like other car washes which leaves your car scratched up. They clean your car like it was a there own.

I bought a coupon on dealsaver.com to get my truck detailed for 27.50. I made an appointment a month out and told them I had a F250 pickup. Went to drop of the truck and they took my keys and the coupon, then I left. The worker followed me out the door and said its going to cost more than what the coupon said. When I asked why he stated, “I’m not washing that big truck for 27.50” and he went on to say that his chemicals cost more than that. I stated that the deal stated nowhere in the details that the size of the vehicle mattered. Nor does it state that conditions or terms may change. He downright refused to change his position and honor the coupon that he posted. They used “Bait and Switch” tactics as far as I’m concerned. I would not go back for a free car wash. The whole purpose of promotions in a business is to get people to see how great of a service you provide. In turn people will come back and you will make your money back. Someone forgot to tell these people how that works!!!! Worst customer service ever and very unprofessional. Save your time and get your car done elsewhere.

I bought a groupon for a full detail. Upon getting to Details, I was told my trunk would not be done (how is this not included in a full detail) I asked to speak with someone about it, even too see how much extra it was. He would not even speak to me just over me at the secretary. He said, "it is thousands extra...I will just do it so I dont have anyone complain!" ... as I was waiting for one, the wireless they say they have did not work, I told the secretary that and she could care less, she was too busy with her CHILD there at the business, then disappeared for the remaining hour. NO BATHROOM, all doors said employees only. When I got my car back... TADA they did not do trunk... I said something and they quickly vacuumed, because they did not even lift seats to vacuum. Then they left my seats folded up and their "shampooing" mildewed my entire car. PS no air-fresher was given either, though it was suppose to be in package. To top it off... they did not do the ENTIRE middle of the top of my car. I guess since I am 5'5 and couldnt see it myself they didnt bother, until my 5'11 husband saw how filthy it was. WHAT A RIP off. Rude service, no service, no full detailing. WILL NEVER go back, and NEVER recommend it. Thanks groupon.
