TERRIBLE Customer service by the owner!! When I called to get them to come back and make repairs to their shotty job, the owner was incredibly RUDE!! To this day I am dumbfounded how they can be so horrible to people who dumped a lot of money into their business. Now I'm trying to find other pool repair centers to come and fix their mess!! Very disappointed.

Great experience!! Our pool is beautiful and truly a work of art in our backyard!!! We enjoy it daily!!

I have been very happy with my crystal pool I've had 15 years I did go to a random pool Co for powdered chlorine they sold me crap it had 66 percent chlorine and calcium mix my pool has had many problems with hazy or green water I went to Crystal and have gotten my chlorine with them and instructions how to clear my water just finished it looks like it's going to work I did remove about 4inches of water brush brush brush many thanks to Crystal Pools for their knowledgeable kind staff I wanted to use a closer pool Co but never again I have complete trust in Crystal Pools they always are super helpful since I have to maintain my own pool Thanks Allison I'll be back soon Rickie
