Clean car with friendly driver. When uber faild to pick me up he was able to give me a ride. Will use again

Full disclosure: I have not ridden in any of their taxis. I have however had an encounter with one of their drivers while he was on the job. He blocked a one way exit while waiting to pick some one up and when I told him he was blocking the exit he disagreed that it was a one way (despite the arrows and the parking spaces being slanted). When I pointed out it was a one way, instead of apologizing and moving he proceeded to call me a "F-ing P***y" (how this makes me that I still haven't figured out) so I got his cab # and the company phone #. While going back to my car he informed me that, "If you call, my mom is going to answer, so nothing is going to happen". Regardless I called and made my complaint. He then followed me yelling profanity at me (obviously leaving the customers waiting for him while he had his meltdown). So, if you want to ride with someone who apparently doesn't understand basic traffic laws, has no respect for customers or potential customers, and who hires family members who may not get fired despite their behavior, then go ahead.
