Love how flexible they are with scheduling shots. Dr. Black is very thorough and professional. The front desk recognizes me after only a few visits and are very accommodating. The shots nurses are great, very personable, pleasant, and minimize discomfort. Highly recommend this practice!

I have been a patient for almost 20 years and LOVED when Dr. Lawrence Weiner was a part of this practice. I have never had a problem with the physicians (my daughter just recently started seeing Dr. Black and he is an amazing pediatric physician). The only complaint that I have is with the front desk -never before have I encountered such rudeness and for a staff member to argue with a patient in regards to patient status and paperwork is just unforgivable. If the doctors weren't as great as they were, I would definitely be taking my business elsewhere as there is no excuse to badger a patient for what was ultimately miscommunication and error on the administrative staff. To top it off, to then have said "professional" talk about it to the rest of the front desk staff loud enough for the patient area to hear is just plain rude. If you wonder where your business is going, you might want to start by looking at the front desk area -seems that they are trying to sabotage the whole office.
