They are honest to the "T" !!! Here is why, I brought a gold necklace and earrings and received a written offer, I took them to a very well known competitor that advertised on the radio and TV paying the highest price paid for gold jewelry guaranteed. Well, the competitor would not buy the items since they were 22k and they only buy up to 18k (Not mentioned in disclaimer). They offered to buy them at 18k and even that offer per penny weight (dwt) was lower than Capital Gold and Silver was paying for 14k. Lesson learned!!! I wasted time and gas in hopes in getting a better deal from a competitor. After talking a while with the owners of Capital Gold and Silver they were trustworthy, honest, personal and treated me with respect which made me feel comfortable and confident as a customer. Two people there are military retirees (Big Plus for me) which I like to do business with. During our conversation they informed me that they buy and sell Gold and Silver bullion, and collectable coins which I'm going to start collecting again (another great reason to return). Check them out first or last you will not be disappointed.

Today I went in to sell a few rings; two white gold and two platinum. The owner was extremely professional in demeanor and gave a fair price for the rings. I am impressed with the service and plan on returning someday for business and for shopping as well. The store itself presented a secure environment as well as inviting. A very pleasurable experience and would recommend this store to future sellers and shoppers alike.

Great transaction and expierence. I brought in a coin collection to see what they would pay. When they went through the collection I was informed on what was of value and what was not. They took their time to answer all my question and informed me that I had some coins of higher value. They are very honest since they could have just paid me for the silver value of the coins. Great people to deal with. I highly recommend to check them out.
