This place is UNPROFESSIONAL!!! The staff is rude. While soaking in a pedicure chair I was asked to move upstairs, where there was not any hot water and had to move back downstairs. The technician that worked on me was very nice and professional,. However the owner and other staff members were horrible! This place has staff who are operating without a license! I wish the LLR would come in after five or on the weekend!

Unprofessional and horrible parlor experience. After waiting for an hour they realize they don't have appropriate person to do the service, and asked me to come again.

Really need to change the person you have aligned to take calls and respond to customers.

Think about spending your money here. Might just not be worth it.

The guy that did my pedi was named Scott. He was awesome! I tipped him a bit extra. Best pedi/mani I have ever had! Will be back! They do the best eyebrows too!

Capital Nail is the only place I go. The upstairs is very relaxing and quiet and great for groups!

We had the most amazing experience at Capital Nail & Spa today! I am so pleased with them that we will be making the 45 minute drive again to visit.



I got a full set of pink and whites, and my son's girlfriend and I both got pedicures. All I can say is I really didn't want to leave. We were so pampered, and the service was amazing!

Great Service every time! All the employees are very nice to their customers and make you feel really welcome. I've been coming here on and off for two years and I would recommend this place to anyone.
