A month ago I took a leather briefcase to have two snaps attached. I went to the shop 5 times to pick it up, excuse after excuse, the bag wasn’t done. Last Friday I went to pick it up once again and one of the ladies showed me a bag she brought from home for me to show her if that’s what I wanted done, I confirmed it and she told me to go back after work and pick it up. I went back today (a wk later), the bag wasn’t ready so I told the attendant to give me back my bag and money, she went to the back, came back to the counter and told me that if I waited a few minutes they would take care of it. I waited 30 mins and then heard a lady in the back crying and a loud male voice saying “Give me the damn bag”. The attendant went to the back, returned and told me that they had already taken my bag apart but would put it back together if I waited, I replied that I had already paid for the labor. At that point in time a man came to the front of the shop screaming obscenities, I tried to explain to him that they had my bag for over a month and to just give me my money back. He then threatened me and I confronted him, he backed off but continued talking aggresively, I then realized that this maniac wasn’t worth my time, grabbeb my mutilated bag from the counter and left. He acted like he was the owner but that man is a psychopath who has no business sense, one day he’ll face a customer who won’t care and will start a physical confrontation with him. I will make a formal complaint against him so that this doesn’t happen in the future and this lunatic is fined. By the way, I’ve seen several dissatisfied customers leave that shop upset about the terrible service.
