Had a bit of a false start with another company but once AquaCare got involved everything was made better. Duwayne went over and beyond to ensure we had as much a stress-free experience as possible. We had them install a new liner. Had some concerns about water leakage from old liner and rust that had formed underneath - every question was answered thoroughly and the actions described were performed exactly as described. Even during the fill process with our garden hose we were concerned about wrinkles and such - they smoothed with no problem.

Once on the schedule they showed up early, drained, and then began the removal process.
During the fill process we called them when the water reached a certain point and they were there within an hour to remove vacuums and make some minor adjustments.
Will definitely use them again for other services.

We called Aqua Care to start cleaning service the beginning of the summer. Our technician Brandon has done a great job. They have replaced our pool pump and repaired our cleaner. I think the world of these guys. It's the first summer with out algae

I hired aquacare beginning April to start pool cleaning services and install some equipment including a new pool ladder .
They ask me to pre pay for equipment and also for cleaning
After three months no equipment installed and no calls returned
Cleaning was done but double billed
( credit Card and pre pay )
I am out a substantial amount of money
No response to email and phone calls
I will involve an attorney now

If you need pool service look elsewhere!
We called in early spring to schedule a day for them to come open our pool and get it ready for the summer. They said the earliest they were available to do it was April 17th which was three weeks out but fine for us. April 17th came and went with no service or phone call to inform us of a delay. I called on the 18th and once a day after that. The gentleman answered the first few days and just said "I'll call our service guy and see what he says and call you back" then I didn't get a returned phone call. After I called back the next day he said "Sorry I forgot to call you back, he is just really busy but promises he will get to your pool this afternoon or tomorrow morning." That didn't happen either. It has now been 5 business days since the scheduled service was supposed to happen, no service and they have stopped answering the phone.

We contacted Aqua Care to take care of our new Alaglass pool cleaning needs biweekly. After several "cleanings" we noticed how dirty the pool still was. I bent down to touch one of the seats in our pool to discover this dark "gunk" very easily came off with the lightest swipe of my finger. The following Tuesday I was home when they arrived, after less then 10, yes 10 minutes they left. For $55 less then 10 min is absurd! I went around to the pool as soon as they left the driveway and it was FILTHY! Obvious grass clippings, dirt, sand, and the same "gunk" on the seats as the previous weeks hadn't even been touched. I called the office and spoke to lady who answeres the phones. I told her what had happened and she apologized and said she would contact the owner and have him call me. Today (2weeks later) I never heard from anyone so I called again. The lady said "Are you the one that called about being able to write your name on the side of the pool with your finger? I said no and helped remind her who I was. (This goes to show we're not the only ones having problems with this pool cleaning service.) I told the woman I never received a call and she apologized and said someone came out but no one was home. First, I'm a stay at home mom and I'm always home and 2 no one rang the doorbell. Anyways I told her the pool still looked the same with sand and gunk and she said she would call the owner and call me back. I said thank you and awaited her return phone call. 20 min later she calls and informs me that the owner thinks it's best we take our business else where. Wow! That's how you handle business with an unsastified customer? With that type of pool "cleaning" and customer service this isn't a small business I want to support! I'll post pictures of the pool directly after they "cleaned it".
