The so called Office manager at Best Choice Realty is completely disrespectful. She would refuse to help us with a problem we came to them for, which was something they were entitled to help with. She told us "to call someone else because it wasn't her problem". Also, after raising her voice over the phone, she hung up on us TWICE. Then forwarded our phone call. Once she answered, she told us "We already have 1 problem, don't create another one". Then hung up. I was very disappointed in their business. We have had multiple problems with them before this incident and I have a feeling it won't be the last. The office manager is supposed to be the person representing professionalism and courtesy to all the clients, and they have NO respect for anyone they talk to. Very disappointed. Do not deal with them, they are unprofessional. At least from our experiences with them, I do not recommend them to anyone.
