I wish I could give Josh MINUS 10 stars due to poor communication.
I make a long story short. I asked him how long will it take. He said 2 hours . He never called me when it was done. I called PC AVE. There was no answer. I even texted him. NO rely. I drove to the store and found the store already was closed at 5. I was there at 5:15. The website stated it closes at 6. He did not tell me that he did removed ALLLLLL of my over 2,000 files and 300 settings for my laser engraver business. He just told me everything was OK when I picked my computer up. When I started up my computer to run an etching machine, Found my files and settings were G-O-N-E ! ! ! I called Josh, He told me the hard drive was crashed.. HOW COME he never told me when I picked it up. That was second time happened. I have to start ALLLLLL OVER again ! ! ! ! I am done ! ! ! !

My HP laptop crashed and they found and fixed the problem in less then an hour. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Would recommend to anyone in Columbia, Mo. ��������

This a great place. Great customer service,the job is done quickly and they do a great job. I would choose the place over any other place in Columbia Mo. The job is done right. They do service calls and everything you can imagine.

Took my computer in to them to be fixed. I didn't know what was wrong with it. Had black screen. The guys at pc avenue had it fixed like new within 48 hrs. My husband and I was so impressed with them that we bought a monitor and laptop from them, they gave us a really good deal on both. Couple months ago we had a flat screen TV go bad. We was told by everyone that no one would work on flat screen and we would be better off getting a new one because if we did find someone to work on it, it would be so expensive. Not wanting to 'throw it away' I called PC AVENUE. They had it fixed the very next day. WOW!! and it's working like knew, and what they charged me was way, way, less than what a new one would cost me. I'm so thankful for this store, and the guys that work there. I HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend them, I tell everyone I can about this store and the great service I get EVER TIME I need their help. Great store and great very knowledgeable employees.

my tv was dark i took it in they fixed some thing in it and now its like new saved me big $$$

Only place in town i could find that would even try to work on my fish finder and had it fixed in 2hrs

HAD A BUG ON COMPUTER. IT WOULD BOOT BUT NOTHING ON DESKTOP. THEY FIXED IT WITH IN A DAY. A+A+A+

Borken DC Jack

My DC Jack was broke in my laptop and best buy wanted to replace the whole mother board for 380 and would take 2-3 weeks befor i got it back. they told me pc avenue might be able to fix it faster i took it down there they hard the part in stock and had it by the next day and only cost me 180 bucks. very happy with them and will come back

i droped my laptop and broke the screen. best buy said it was not coverd and it would be 300$ to fix i took it to pc avenue and they had a used screen in stock and had it that night done for 175$

Pc Avenue got my info off my bad hard drive and copyed it to my new comptuer it took them a week long because my hard drive was so far gone. Thanks to them my wedding pic's are safe. and only cost $75.00
