The biggest issue with this bank is that they don't offer purchase protection for your debit card. They say they do and Visa says they do, but in reality they don't. I submitted three disputes over the course of a year. They ignored the first, only partially refunded the second, and now they are refusing to accept the dispute at all - even though the company in question blatantly and fraudulently charged my card without my permission. Be warned about these people if you plan to use your debit card for anything.

Then overall this bank is the biggest bunch of screw-ups on the planet. Over the last year, they've lost me hundreds of dollars with their incompetence, besides what I've already mentioned. They paid bills before the payment date, double charged me for transactions and wouldn't fix them, and much much more.
