I took a loan out to rebuild credit. The first two months they reported to the credit bureau, we are working to pay off the loan and they are no longer reporting to the credit bureau. I called and asked why that was happening and they stated it had something to do with the software.

We have been a few days late at times due to work schedules, I was given several phone calls threatening to take me to court and they left personal information about someone else's account on my voicemail. I sent in payment to pay off both mine and my spouse's accounts, they applied all of the payment to my account and then called to tell me that my spouse still needed to make a payment. When I asked why they applied it all to one account, they tell me that it was too far behind. We have since paid off one account and are about done with the other account thankfully.

I have known people who worked at one location and transferred to another location due to work conditions. It seems that they hire people who take a person being a few days behind so personal that they make it a personal vendetta and try to shame you if you aren't in that office when they demand it.

I wouldn't take a loan out there for any reason, they are a horrible place to do business with.

This is the absolute worst place to work at,EVER! I've never seen anything like it. I even heard the so called district manager ask an employee, "Are you stupid??" I've been in this business for many years and have never,ever seen such disrespect. The turnover rate at this company is astronomical. Mr. Drywater, you need to go so they can get someone in there that will take the time to properly train employees and make a truly successful business. I'm not just a bitter ex-employee either, I've just never been so shocked at the treatment of their employees. They honestly do NOT care.'
