The loan officer Crystal is very rude. This is her latest email. Backstory, I'm getting my loan from Chase to AECU. I am very busy with work and personal issues and haven't been able to get the requested documentation to her immediately. She keeps sending emails, constantly requesting this information. I told her that I have been busy and I will get the documentations in when I can. This is her reply:



YOU came to ME for a loan request and I did my due diligence in a timely and respectful manner. You have had ample time and various ways to get the loan papers to me. You say you know, but in reality I think you just don’t care or lack the consideration as to how I extended you the courtesy of allowing you to do business via email instead of having you drive to my office at 5 PM in rush hour traffic and sign in front of me. In the future that is how we are going to have to proceed for any further loan transactions.

So, in conclusion, since I am busy and can't help her do her job, she is going to purposefully inconvenience me to get this taken care of. I hope that nobody else has to experience Crystal.
