Anyone can make a quality deck or patio. The real key to a great company is good customer service. Craig Mood promised us that if there were any problems with our patio that he or his team would take care of it under the warranty and filling in touch ups that are needed afterwards. We have several sections of our patio that never hardened properly and the joints were bad. I have left messages and sent e-mails for over a year now with promises that he would stop by and fix it but nothing happened. I give up.

I recently had a deck and paver patio installed by Timeless Construction. The quality of the products and design are simply awsome. I had a deck and patio installed at a previous home and never really used it because it was dull, run of the mill and mediocre quality. I never really realized these things since I had nothing to compare my old deck and patio to. My new living space designed by Craig Mood is really cool, well thought out, creative and unlike anything I've seen on neighbor's homes. I have neighbors stopping by constantly asking to see my new outdoor living areas. Craig took allot of time to really explain maintenance do's and don'ts as well as landscape ideas for the area. The installation quality is superior and I am simply delighted. 5 stars!
