Absolute Zero Customer Service - We purchased a pair of Head Outlast Hipora gloves for our son and the inner lining was sewn too short for his fingers to go through to the end of the glove. I contacted The Glove Source who manufactures Head brand gloves with no resolve. Tracy Schaeffer , the person I spoke with was not helpful as she denied at first that they manufactured this specific pair of gloves but after a few more minutes of conversation, she indicated that they were their gloves but didn't sell them to specialty stores (where they were purchased) and offered no assistance to remedy the issue. Although the Glove Source is only a licensed manufacturer of Head gloves, this experience gave us a bad taste of Head products in general. We will remember this the next time we purchase any sports equipment or sports wear. They (The Glove Source, Inc.) has earned a ZERO Star Rating although you must check at least one star.
